SMS Terms & Conditions

Program name and description. Byron's Jewelry offers an SMS messaging program that may include: (a) marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers, discounts, and promotions, when you separately opt in to marketing messages; and (b) informational messages, such as order updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications, when you separately opt in to informational messages.

Voluntary consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the program category selected. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt-out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Rejoining. To rejoin after opting out, complete the applicable opt-in process again at byronsjewelry.com/pages/contact. We will resume messages only after receiving a new valid opt-in.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program changes and legal compliance. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program, subject to applicable law. The program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and wireless-industry standards.
